Doula services - $795.00
After you hire me (and after our initial consultation), you will be able to text or call me whenever you need. I am available to you throughout your pregnancy!
I will meet with you before the birth to get better acquainted and go over your birth plan. I can also help you create a birth plan.
Starting at 38 weeks, I will be on call for you until your baby is born.
I will come as soon as you need me (you do not have to be in active labor), which may be long before your midwife arrives or you head to your birth location.
I stay with you for the duration of your labor. There is no time limit. Every birth is unique.
During labor, I am there to help you (the mom) and your partner. I will take photos as Iām able, take notes, help with labor positions, and provide physical and emotional support. (Note: you may still want to hire a professional birth photographer to get high-resolution photos with ideal lighting and composition.)
I stay after labor until you, your baby, and your family are settled. I will assist you with initiating breastfeeding if that is your desire.
About a week after the birth, I will come for a postpartum visit. At this time I will provide copies of notes and photos, talk with you about the birth and your adjustment, and just check in.
You are welcome to contact me in the postpartum phase with questions or concerns or just to keep in touch! Extended postpartum care is available, as well. See below.
